Lower abdimal pain

Hi guys for the past 3 years I have been experiencing lower abdimal pain ( pic attached) it can fluir up anytime a week after my period in middle of period day before period any time at all and can last from 5 mins till 2 days. I have a pelvic ultra sound on Thursday but was wondering if anyone new what it could be???
