Smelly Vagina ( Fish)

My Vagina smells bad. I think it's because I didn't wipe properly being the fact that I'm 14 and there's no sexual activity. My discharge is the part that smells bad and I tried the apple cider vinegar thing and it's helping. And I tried the garlic inside and it works for a day or so. I'm embarrassed to tell my mom or my doctor. Please Help!!! PLEASEEE!
