late period

Alright so, I've not had a period since the end of March-first of April, back in probably may, I was having pain in my left lower quadrant, only after orgasm... the last couple weeks I have been having all the PMS symptoms... I feel bloated and mood swings alls of it.. yesterday I was passing clots and bleeding right red. The two days before that, I had light spotting, nothing consistent. I feel like I'm going to loose my mind if I don't start soon.
