clomid and OPK help !!!!!

I'm on my second round of provera and clomid ( higher dose this time ) and my period was short ( about 5 days ) and now I'm on cd15 . Why do all of my OPK tests look positive or if not very very close to a positive ?? Anybody out there with similarities or had this occur while taking clomid and was successful !! I have PCOS BY THE WAY !!!!!
