Late!!

I have pcos and am on medication for it. Since my periods have always been pretty regular just a day or two off. but this month I'm on day 8 of being late. I have no signs of it fixing to start and have taken 3 pregnancy test, all negative. Could I be pregnant and it just be to soon to show?
