I want to see more progress!
I've always been active but the past two months I've actually been in the gym 3-5 times a week! I see progress in my back and arms and a little in my abs but I want to see more progress in my butt! I do lots of random workouts but I tend to focus on squats, lunges, leg press, fire hydrants, you name it! Just this past week I've been feeling kind of discouraged because I feel like it's taking forever to see the progress of al my hard work! Any tips or advice? How much longer do you think it will be till I can notice the difference in myself?
