spotting after sex 😩🤔

Is there something wrong with me ? I don't think it's normal . It's not heavy bleeding or a lot of blood just very light pink after . It usually doesn't happen . Today was the second time it has happened to me . He hasn't noticed because of how light it is but I have . We have been having unprotected sex for 2& half years & no pregnancy scares have came about . Most ppl are telling me that my spotting is a sign but I'm not sure what to believe. It's not like this hasn't happened before . Just need advice before I start to overthink 😔
