So misleading

I see and hear about pregnancy all the time. More lately then ever. Still, I'm not expecting and that hurts so bad.

Been ttc for four years with my husband for baby#1. No luck yet.

I was on clomid and other meds. If anyone has any advice I'd be greatful.
