Burned hair.....

I have a biiiig problem. I chemicaly burned my hair (hair dyes...). Now my hair is very weak. When they are wet i can even pull them out! But when they are dry hair loss is normal. Plus, my scalp is very very itchy and sensitive. What to do girls?
