AF is LATE AGAIN what is going on fr???

Well today I should be be 3days into my 4 day cycle but naw that's not the case. And this is a repeat for the last 3 months now we took a test the first time after was late just to get a negative test then af right after we took the test😑 last month after was shorter and lighter than usual as well now I'm 3 days late again..... Ugh I just wish ttc wasn't so stressful. What could be happening with my body???
