headache and vomiting after miscarriage

I miscarried about 4 or 5 days ago at 6 weeks. The bleeding seems to have stopped yesterday. Last night I started getting a terrrible headache. When I woke up this morning I still had the headache and really bad nauseau. I've been vomiting and it's only making the headache worse. Is this normal after a miscarriage??  Any ideas for relief??  I tried to drink some water and take ibuprofen but I threw it right up. 😔🤕🤢
