Contractions or ligament stretching?

I've been having braxton hicks ALOTT! but recently I have been having pain on my whole right side of stomach that is really sharp and then today I had it on my whole left side of stomach. They last about 15 seconds but i dont have them constantly just every now and then.. I will be 34 weeks this weekend.
