Too many symptoms too early???

I will be 17 weeks tomorrow and have posted on here about how awful my nausea and vomitting are. My next apt my doctor might do a zofran pump, I have gained zero weight this pregnancy. I have been having headaches since around 12 weeks. However now my hands are starting to swell and I have this awful dull ach under the right side of my ribs especially after I try to eat. I feel like this is all happening so early! Especially the swelling. Are these thing that I should be persistent with my doctor about?
