Anyone else deal with recurrent shingles?

I have a history of recurrent shingles but now I've gotten them twice just in the first trimester of my pregnancy. Luckily my OBGYN and dermatologist work together to find safe medication for me but wondering if anyone else has found safe solutions to relieve some of the pain while the blisters stick around.

Just got diagnosed at 28 weeks with shingles. It's horrible. Nothing is really helping me with the pain 😕

I never found anything to help with the pain when I had them but I still remember the pain and discomfort, and I'm sorry you're having to go through it while pregnant!

I had a friend who constantly got it its normal with the virus and they dont have anything that helps, Unfortunately.
