Sweat on incision.
Hello. I had a c-section a week ago tomorrow. Where I live it's 110 and I'm sweating all over. I've been sweating on my incision and I'm scared to wipe it down with a wipe. Can I wipe it down a baby wipe? I just don't want it to smell due to the sweat.
