Weight Dilemma?!
So I am 15. Around 5'3 and weigh about 120 lbs. I carry most of my extra weight in my inner thighs and lower belly. Tough places to carry that extra baggage! What would you recommend for helping me to lose that stubborn extra weight/fat?? My goal is 110 by the end of summer. I am a lighter build so even a little extra weight, that doesn't sound that much, is noticeable because of where it collects 😅
