Lost my virginity😕

So i just lost my virginity to my boyfriend of 9 months, and my mother doesn't know I've had sex yet..i trust my mother but i don't know how to tell her without her flipping out or saying i can't see him anymore..i want to tell her but I'm just so scared to😢😨😥...what do i do??
