I think I just tore my hymen???

I was masturbating yesterday and I noticed some blood on my underwear (but I had finished my period just a couple weeks ago). Now tonight while I masturbate again I'm bleeding except as if I just started my period (light amount of blood but more watery?). I tried looking down there but it's hard to tell. How much am I supposed to be bleeding and when will it stop?
