How to stay sane waiting for first Pre-Natal appointment?!?

I am almost 5 weeks with first (surprise) baby, and my first Pre-natal isn't until 10 weeks (August 1). I've only know for 3 days I'm pregnant, and cannot even imagine waiting that long to make sure everything is ok 😢 any suggestions for what to do in the meantime to calm my nerves?? Anyone else tell their parents/friends before their first appt? There's no way we can keep a secret that long.
