How is beating someone, then abducting them, then beating them again to death anf dumping their body in a pond, only sentenced as road rage?

And then her memorial is set on fire?

It sounds like hate crime to me. Especially with the amount of racism and islamophobia in America.

Yeah, I've heard about the case. And police officials cannot rule out that it is a hate crime. It's very sad and I hope he gets what's coming to him for this henious crime against an innocent young woman.
