TMI... please help. small clots coming out..

I need help! So I am about 5 weeks along, and I am having slight cramping, and some blood is coming out with tiny clots (pictures in comments) should I be concerned and go to the ER? I'm really nervous this is baby number 1 for us so I have no idea what to do..
