PIC INCLUDED Is this normal for a mucus plug?

First off I have pPROM which means my water has already broken which was at 15 weeks. I'm 21w3d. I've had 3 other full term children and I never had this type of discharge or a plug that looked like this. They say that I won't be regenerating the plug at all or at least not enough to keep labor at bay for long. I've been losing little bits for the past week or two but they looked like what I'm used to. Anyone else have similar discharge or plug?
