bleeding gums?

My gums have been bleeding randomly at the same time each day, for the past maybe 3-4 days. Anyone have this and been pregnant?? I've been brushing my teeth and stuff...

Yes that could be a sign as there is increased blood flow during pregnancy. I have had bad nosebleeds through both of my pregnancies and when i brushed my gums would bleed
