Vomiting EVERYTHING

I'm 12 weeks pregnant and absolutely NOTHING stays down. No water, no water and lemons, no ginger ale, no crackers, no ginger tea, no peppermint tea, no prenatal pills, no doctor prescribed nausea medicine (diclegis, promethazine, zofran) ... nothing works. I haven't been able to eat since Thursday morning and I been throwing up EVERYTHING since Thursday night.. Saturday night here I am still sitting on this bathroom floor vomiting everything ... I'm desperate.. hungry .. and miserable.. help... please .. I don't know what to do.. I'm so over this pregnancy.. it's too much.. I'm so weak and out of it .. I've been vomiting so much that I literally have no voice.. this is crazy
