I'm desperate and I feel like a failure.
Thank you everyone for your responses.
Fast forward 2 years (updated picture).
I tried SO MANY products after. Hopefully this will help someone else that reads this in the future that has this severe problem with their LO. I even had family send me products from France, Mexico and Canada. Everything made it worse. Baby was only 6 months and solid food hadn't been introduced. I had stopped breastfeeding at 3 months because the (idiot)dr said my bm was making her eczema worse. Her formula was changed 3x as well. I tried it ALL EXPECT VINEGAR with the mother. I wish I had though. I'll be trying it on her now to see if she gets relief (7-1-19).
****Quadriderm was the only prescribed steroid ointment/cream that worked. Lettuce baths (boil water steep dark green leafy lettuce for 15 minutes) 2x a week in cold water. Nivea original was the absolute best lotion/cream to hold in the moisture and she didn't scream. TIME was the biggest factor. At about 14 months it cleared up. She still itches 24/7 all over her body and it's a struggle but not with those breakouts on her face.
This sweet, innocent, beautiful 6 month old miracle babys name is Abigail. And she's the happiest, most intelligent baby i've ever had the pleasure of meeting and I'm her mom. Even though she's the happiest baby and she's all smiles from dawn till dusk, she has the worse case of eczema and nothing, I mean NOTHING is helping this baby get relief from the constant itching and irritation. It started small but over the past 5 months has spread like wild fire and I'm not even sure it's really what the Dr's say it is. It never goes away and she's already had a staph infection from the constant scratching and open sores. It's mainly on her face but it's all over; hands, arms, legs and back now. I've changed her Pediatrician 4 times. She's seen 2 allergist about to see a third and a dermatologist that was no help at all. She has been tested for many allergies and shes only allergic to eggs and slightly to peanuts which she's not in contact with either. They even pulled an environmental allergy panel which they typically don't do on babies her age. They were all negative. I've taken her to the children's hospital here in Phx and they told me to take her to her Pediatrician. I've done a lot of research and spent hundreds of dollars on anything that might help. I'm at the end of my rope and all I can do is sit with her in my arms and cry with her as she screams and scratches her face every night until she draws blood. I do my best to hold her little hands away from her face. She sleeps with socks on her hands but that's not much help either as she knows how to take them off. The Dr prescribed benadryl every night twice a night to get some relief and sleep which helps but only at night. I have also changed her detergent to free and clear and her body wash is currently Aquaphore. I changed all her bedding and clothes to cotton only. I wash everything in my home with that same detergent. And I no longer use lotion or perfume or softner in my clothes. Cleaning products are only 7th gen. She's not allergic to dog or cat (I only have a dog).
I've tried all of these and a couple more I can't think of at the moment. I currently have two powerful prescription ointments waiting at the pharmacy but I just don't feel good about putting them on her (yet). But I will if I can't get anything else to help.

Can anyone give me any advice on something natural or otherwise that might help even if it sounds crazy. I have given her a lettuce bath twice and it helped the scaling on her hands but not her face. Thank you for reading my book and trying to help.
