breast engorged; too hard for baby to latch!
My milk came in yesterday and it's so filling that my baby did not feed 8times as advised so my breast have HULKED OUT! I mean careful when walking past because they will poke an eye out! I've tried expressing manually but that takes to long to ease before breastfeeding and bubba works himself in a state by the time they are ready :(. I tried reverse pressure softening to help get the nipple ready before feeding and it helped so much... for a 2 minute and now they are getting super hard again. Anyone had similar experience and was able to get a good latch again or longer term breast relief?
