calling all crunchy mamas
My LO is 11.5 months and has completely weaned herself from the breast and I've started cutting back on pumping and my skin is so dang hormonal. We are talking breakouts on neck and cheekbones etc! What supplements/ dietary things can I take to get my hormones back in check? I just had my period for the first time since she's been born so I know that's half of it as well. Also + any recommendations for a smoothie/ drink/ supplements to get me going in the AMs? I've read a lot about apple cider vinegar and it's great properties. Also, any recommendations for a tea with added herbs etc to help me wind down for bed at night? What works for you mamas?
