Sick 9 month old!!

My 9 month old daughter just projectile vomited about 3 times back to back practically out of no where. About 15 minutes later she began to dry heave and threw up a little bit, she just started dry heaving again and this thick whitish clear phelm came out. She is basically dry heaving now i guess because there is nothing left on her stomach. Any ideas the cause? No fever, or diarrhea as of right now. She acts like she feels terrible. Advice??
