Open relationship/ start everything again

So I have just started dating, it has been 2 weeks since I asked her. But I realized it wasn't really because I wanted but more because of how I was feeling at the moment.

Everything happened quickly and now I'm dating.

I like her but I still wanna make out and hook up with other girls. It would be better to ask her to end our relationship and start everything slowly (just going out without all that serious thing about girlfriends) or ask for and open relationship?
