baby's bad dreams

My LO is 12 weeks old and occasionally has bad dreams. It's starts with little mouse-like squeals then her little pouty lip sticks out just before she cries. I usually rub her belly and her eyes open just a bit and when she goes back to sleep really quickly it seems like she goes right back to the same dream and starts with the little mouse squeaks again. What gives? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Should I wake her up more or let her dream it out?
