Placeneta & baby or ghost baby

Okay I have been on here TTC and when I thought I was pregnant I had several questions regarding my light positive tests and a visit to the Dr.. on my visit they took a blood and urine test that both came back negative they did an ultrasound and vaginal sound and said they cannot find a baby but I'm still having constant moving kicking severe appetite and now I have a Doppler and I have all the sounds of a baby unless it's just in my head... Please try to listen for yourself and help me out... I dnt want to die and the dr's wont listen to me.. I went 3 times to ER with sever pain and they just gabe me pain meds n sent me home.
