pierced nipples
Ok so I used to have my nipples pierced about two years ago so they've now closed up and healed except I've always been able to pinch this white-ish thick substance out of the left one where my piercing used to be. It doesn't hurt or smell bad I'm just wondering if this will affect me breastfeeding?
