Were you told you couldn't have any kids?

I was recently told that I can not have any kids (June 12). 😥 I was told that I wasn't producing any eggs. I've always had irregular periods and my last period I had was November 24, 2016. I was very hurt as I would assume any women who wants at least one kid would be. I go back to the doctor on July 13 as I assume to talk about options. (I dont remember the reason for the next visit because I was busy bawling my eyes out) But my question is have any one had to deal with a situation like mine? If so how did you handle it and what was done about it?
