When to test? Could this be my month

Question

AF due 4th July but iv been experiencing nausea, butterflies in tummy, lower back pain, can't eat ( physically can't swallow food) I couldn't even taste my favourite curry so only are half, I'm constipated which never happens and I feel hungover and really tired but iv not drank in months and talk about emotional "/ 
Could this be my month? Or is this just PMS

I'm having the same issue!!! AT is due the 8th for me and I've been super moody and emotional. The other night I was starving but after like 3 bites of my food I felt sick and had to push it away. I am hoping this all isn't in my head. Hate how period symptoms are almost the same as pregnancy. When my best friend was pregnant she said her first symptom was sore breasts. I think everyone is just different. Sending baby dust your way! Hope this is real for us!
