Where am I going wrong?

In 2009 my ex gave me sti cheating on me. No idea how long it had been going on and no idea how long I had it for. I was in agony one day went to my Drs and that's when I found out. Ever since I have been under going infertility investigations. My first hsg showed I had left tube completely blocked and right blocked with some spillage. Also showed on scans I had cysts. I had a laparoscopy done and another hsg they couldn't unblock my tubes it was that bad seemingly. I sacked it all there and then. I then met my current partner and I started back at a different hospital they sent me for a mri and they told me it showed no cysts and no blocked tubes no inflammation. And a year ago I can another scan and they said I had no cysts. I'm getting so many different stories I don't even no what's going on with me. I've never been pregnant. I've lost 3 stone. They won't do any more tests on me until I have lost more weight. Is there any hope for me? What should I do? Am I just putting myself through all this for years for nothing? Partners been checked he's fine. We have sex like 4 times a week. My periods are regular.
