This is probably crazy but I need to let it out

So I lost my first baby at around 26 weeks at the very start of the year. I'm currently 17 weeks pregnant with my rainbow. Last night I had a dream that I went to the doctor and I lost the baby again. It seriously felt so real. And I know it's silly because "its just a dream," but I'm already paranoid as it is, and now I have this dream and it makes everything so much worse. Ugh...i know it's crazy but I needed to get that out because I don't feel like I should tell my husband.
