Is it bad if Doctor increases Progesterone after FET?

Hi ladies, Hubby and I had our FET on Tuesday.  The initial instructions were

-2 Estradiol- 1 in AM, 1 in PM daily.

-2 Progesterone suppositories- 1 in AM, 1 in PM daily. 

-1ml PIO injection every third day.  

-1 baby Aspirin daily

In addition to all the other daily stuff- Synthroid, 2000iu Vitamin D, prenatal vitamin, and NeoQ10. 

The message from Office after yesterdays blood work was that my levels for Progesterone and Estrogen 'look great'.  Then I noticed that they increased the PIO to every other day.  I called office to confirm the new orders, and asked if that was bad.  The Nurse only said- that was the Doctors Orders....  

IS THIS A GOOD THING OR A BAD THING?!
