what do I do?
I've always been upset about my weight but in the last 4 months I lost my job, started drinking, and been gaining weight (15lbs).
I feel gross in my own skin now. I workout sometimes but I'm not motivated. I don't know what will help get me out of my funk.
I'm in the middle of desperately wanting to change my weight to will it even work if I start?
