Infection

So I used scented tampons not knowing they were and so now i have this horrible burning pain and i went to clean my vagina and open the lips of my vagina and splash cold water because that's what's been helping me and as soon as i did that I had this horrible stinging burning pain felt like someone stabbed me with a knife or sliced that open and its getting worse but i don't have a way to go anywhere and i don't have money or insurance the itching turns into burning i also have chunky discharge any recommendations for this
