I just got std tested and the results came back fine and haven't done anything sense. But as I was showering I noticed this. What can it be?!?!

In all honesty it almost looks like a cyst. I had two of them last year. My doctor gave me some medicine for it. Luckily they ruptured so I didn't have to have surgery. If it is a cyst, it needs to rupture (pop) or be removed. It can get infected and cause all kinds of problems. I'd have your doctor take a look at it if it doesn't go away in a few days.

A boil. It's gonna hurt and probably bleed a little when you pop it but pop it and make sure if there's still pus with the blood to keep squeezing all the pus out and it'll be fine.
