HELP CONFUSED

Hello everyone, I'm Angelina this is my first pregnancy👶and I'm a bit worried and confused I'm in my 2nd trimester at 19 weeks today 💚 but at 18 weeks my belly would have get tough for 30, 60 seconds to 1 or 2 minutes like CONTRACTIONS but no pain and random IS THIS NORMAL
