Second baby.

How soon is too soon to try for a second baby? My baby is almost 3 months and my husband really wants to try for another baby. Is it too soon? Am I crazy for wanting to tell him yes? But I'm not sure if I want another one sooo soon. Also I just learned my sister in law is pregnant with her 5th, would I "step on her toes" persay if I did get pregnant?
