Please Help

It started as the implantation bleeding on 6dpo pink spots and on 9dpo the hpt gave a faint positive and then the bleeding started increasing and now is similar to period not as heavy though and AF due on 5'th of july i.e. day after tomorrow what could it be I have heard some some women have heavy implantation bleeding . Should I take another test on 5'th or is it a mc but can mc occur before the period even starts
