TOO MUCH BLOOD

Ok ladies. Any advice would be so appreciated! I'm on the pill and I take it the same time every single day. But during the second week of my pill I started bleeding (and you're not supposed to bleed until the fourth week of pills unless you skip them and junk). I've now been bleeding for eight days and my actual period is supposed to start next week. What the heck is going on? I've been on the pill for five years but recently took a month off. But then was right back on it and took it exactly as I did before
