comment please scared

So driving minding my own business and taking a left turn on a green solid light. And this guy was making a also right Turn and than zoomed across and almost hits me. I had to swive my car so I wouldn't hit him. But it really made me shaky. Am I ok. I didn't hit any thing and no one hit me. Have major anxiety to these things and can over think them. But I am scared taht I am internally bleeding or something. But didn't even really slam on my breaks. Just breaker slammed horn and than went around him so he wouldn't hit me. Please some one help.
