My baby won't eat

She's 8 months old and only drinks 2 oz at a time maybe four times a day. She just refuses anything more. She hardly gets any solids so that's not it. It's 2:30 pm and she has only had maybe 8 oz since yesterday. I can't force her to eat so idk. She just would rather play but I feel like she should be eating  more especially since it's hot out.
