very jealous insecure boyfriend

Been with this guy over 2 yrs nw I love him so much yes at the beginning I cheated on him but he also cheated on me servrial times it always been up n down on n off as he keeps accusing of cheating sleeping about everything comes with conditions Tv he says he loves me n wants to be with me but he doesn't trust or believe n thinks very little of me I want to be with this guy n love him to bits n wanna move on n forward but I feel he fobs me off with some sort of excuse need help n advice plz ???,,
