My motherly right taken away

My husband is making decisions without me.... I didn't want some of his family to know about our baby because I don't have a relationship with some of his family.... and he says he is going to tell them anyway. I don't want anyone to know the gender of our baby until birth but he says he is going to tell them anyway. He says he will refuse to sign the birth certificate or forge my signature if I do not give my baby his last name. I feel terrible and I don't know what to do

As an update he has a very big family and I have a very small one... im afraid of my last name dying out

I considered very much if I should take his name but I couldn't leave my family name behind to die....

To clarify I do want to tell some of his family but others I have no relationship with...

We NEVER fight...... this is literally the first time. We only fight when we're talking about this
