What is this on my legs???

I think this is from shaving, then chaffing made it worse. It is kinda irritated but how can I get rid of it? And also. You can kind of feel the bumps

What are you shaving with ? Try hair conditioner and I always always soak my razors in boiling water before shaving and after shaving moisturise with coco butter or something soothing ! I used to suffer with these real bad!

My fiancée had that it turned out to be heat rash but the doctor said it could be something else that could need treatment go to your doctors and get it checked out hope everything ok

If your thighs touch that's called chafing. If they don't touch I have no idea

Outer thigh? It's ingrown. So annoying. I use an exfoliating cream like Cerave. Or ask your doctor. You can't stop them but the cream should relieve any itching etc.

I have a coconut exfoliant I use when this happens and about two days later it's gone. I buy the stuff in bag loads now because I used to always get this and could never get rid of it.

Try getting some creams or something to put on your legs to stop chafing x
