You really don't need all of that just focus on eating healthy, exercise, dedication and hard work. My cousin was 240 and she was able to lose 60 pounds and she is still working out and eating healthy

I won't support them. They are a very shady company and a big time period scheme that really messes up a lot of distributors finances. There's a documentary about them called Betting on Zero that's really eye opening. I know there's a million other pyramid schemes out there that are quite popular but this one really bothers me.

I love Herbalife and everything about it! My team, the products, corporate .... just everything! When I started Herbalife I was super skeptical, but I lost 7lbs on my 3 day trial, then I went on to lose a massive amount. I became an Herbalife distributor and today I'm a Supervisor in the company! I am so happy with this company and the change in my body!

I became distributor for them and honestly I just lost a lot of money.. and unfortunately I have diabetes because of the shakes and the unnecessary artificial color and flavor they put on it 😡

I think that's what an old high school friend did. She lost a lot of weight. I was debating on shakeology but at $130 for not much I just can't do that. 
I ended up getting slim fast off amazon for $13 and it says 42 servings or oz. whichever one. Im going to give that one a try along with gym and regular exercise.

Yes while I was using it, but once I slowly stopped using it as much the weight came right back on
